Refund Policy
Our approach centers on making things right, not just issuing a refund and walking away.
Last updated: September 2026
1. Our Quality Guarantee
If you receive a low grade that is directly attributable to the quality of work we delivered, we stand behind it. Rather than a straightforward refund, our preferred remedy is to make it right: typically a free revision of the work in question, or your next assignment completed at no charge, depending on the situation.
We take this approach because it addresses the actual problem, a piece of work that didn't meet the standard you needed, rather than simply returning money while leaving you without a usable assignment.
2. What Qualifies
- The grade or feedback you received indicates the issue was with the quality, accuracy, or structure of the work itself
- You provide the grade or marker feedback so we can review what went wrong
- The concern is raised within a reasonable window of receiving your graded feedback
3. What This Doesn't Cover
- Grade issues caused by instructions that were incomplete, changed, or added after the work was delivered
- Late submission caused by the client's own delay in providing details or approving a draft
- General dissatisfaction unrelated to the quality of the work delivered (for example, a personal preference for a different approach that still met the brief)
4. How to Raise a Concern
- Contact us at djoh608@gmail.com or +1 (202) 773-7963 with your order details.
- Share the grade received and any marker feedback or rubric comments.
- We'll review the original brief against what was delivered and the feedback given, then propose the appropriate remedy, most often a free revision or your next assignment at no charge.
